No. Direct competitors are never placed in the same group. This creates a trusted environment where members can openly discuss strategy, finances, people, and business decisions.

Members attend three in-person group meetings each year and are encouraged to actively participate, prepare for discussions, and contribute to the success of the group.

Yes. Confidentiality is one of CEO CF’s core principles. Everything shared during meetings remains confidential, allowing members to speak openly about sensitive business and leadership issues.

Yes. Guests may attend selected meetings with prior approval from the CEO CF Membership Team. This helps preserve the trust and confidentiality of the group while giving prospective members the opportunity to experience CEO CF. A guest attendance fee applies.
