The CEO CF Academy exists to recognise that journey.
Not through symbols or labels, but through thoughtful acknowledgment of the leadership work our members do — the skills they develop, the decisions they sharpen, and the perspective they build over time.

❋ Bronze — Engaged Member

Bronze recognises members who have stepped into the CEO CF way of developing their leadership.

At this stage, members:

  • Engage actively in Summits and Trust Groups as learning environments

  • Use the Challenge format to work on real leadership and business questions

  • Practice openness, reflection, and perspective-taking

  • Show consistency, curiosity, and willingness to learn

Bronze is about engagement in learning. Understanding the rhythm, building self-awareness, and laying the foundations for stronger leadership.

Progression at CEO CF reflects how members grow as leaders through practice, consistency, and increasing responsibility.
Each level builds on the previous one and marks a deeper stage of leadership maturity and impact.


❋ Silver —  Active Leader

Silver recognises members who move from personal learning to active leadership practice.

At this stage, members:

  • Take ownership within Challenges and Trust Groups

  • Apply their learning across different contexts and situations

  • Develop their ability to guide, support, and challenge others

  • Strengthen their leadership presence within group settings

Silver is about leadership in action. Using experience, judgment, and responsibility to deepen your own leadership while enabling others to progress.


❋ Gold - Community Catalyst

Gold recognises members who demonstrate sustained leadership maturity and influence.

At this stage, members:

  • Lead with consistency and perspective over time

  • Create the conditions for others to think clearly, decide, and grow

  • Demonstrate CEO CF values through how they lead, not just what they do

  • Bring stability, depth, and long-term vision to complex situations

Gold is about leadership embodiment. A level where experience, judgment, and presence come together and leadership becomes a natural reference point for others.

The CEO CF Academy is not about collecting content or ticking boxes. It’s about developing leadership through real questions, real decisions, and real responsibility. What you build here — skills, perspective, confidence — is meant to be applied. In your business. In your leadership. In how you make decisions and handle complexity.
