Opening doors for underrepresented Leaders

At CEO CF, we believe that leadership potential should never be limited by circumstance.

The CEO CF Patronage Project, launched under the leadership of our member Anders von Bonsdorff, is our commitment to the ‘Social’ in ESG — opening our peer-to-peer leadership ecosystem to individuals with drive, vision, and purpose who may face barriers to accessing professional development.

This programme offers fully sponsored access to the CEO CF nextGen experience for entrepreneurs and executives who demonstrate exceptional potential but face financial, structural, or systemic obstacles to growth.

We invite applications from individuals who:

  • Face financial constraints preventing them from accessing leadership development opportunities.

  • Come from underprivileged or marginalised backgrounds, such as low-income communities, migrants, or refugees.

  • Work in charities, NGOs, or mission-driven organisations where leadership development or succession planning budgets are limited.

  • Face systemic barriers that restrict access to opportunities readily available to more privileged peers.

  • Access to a dynamic peer network of leaders and senior business experts

  • Personalised coaching on real-life issues and leadership development

  • Opportunities to grow strategic thinking and ownership within a trusted, confidential community

TIMELINE

We are currently seeking candidates for our September intake. The application process includes a short questionnaire, a video pitch, and a personal interview.
