Our certification programmes provide training, structure, and recognition for the important roles that strengthen our community and ensure the success of every exchange.

CEO CF convenes Europe’s most seasoned business leaders for confidential peer exchanges. To ensure the integrity and professionalism of these sessions, select individuals are trained and certified to support our challenges as Conference Transcribers & Facilitators, also referred to as Facilitator Assistants (FAs).

Our FA Certification formalises the contribution of these individuals and validates their mastery of live documentation, executive-level communication, and facilitation support within high-stakes environments.

The CEO CF FA Certification Programme is our way of formally recognising these individuals for the highly skilled work they do.

What the Programme Entails

The FA Certification is a structured, multi-phase development programme designed to build and validate excellence and high quality in:

  • Live transcription of executive sessions

  • Operational support and technical setup

  • Professional communication and business etiquette

  • Real-time responsiveness and discretion

Over the course of the programme, participants receive one-on-one training, shadow live events, practise key skills, and undergo assessment by multiple evaluators.
