Optimus has gained international recognition winning “Best Customer Service” in Europe, the Middle East and Africa for the second year running, at the Contact Center World 2012 awards. The main goal of this prize is to recognize the company that has made the greatest impact in all industries in the sector internationally.
Among thousands of applicants from more than 50 different countries, Optimus won first place in the category “Best Customer Service – EMEA”. Their top quality customer service strategy, called “Make It Easier”, is based on four crucial areas: “Know Me”; “Listen to Me”; “Help Me”; and “True Service Culture”.
