Woody Allen - Board of Advisors

Woody Allen serves as a Board member and acting CFO for BIA Financial Network, a research and consulting firm specializing in the broadcasting and telecommunications industries. He has an extensive background in the fields of finance, management, and business.

Woody worked for two decades as Executive Vice President and CFO for EZ Communications, a publicly-traded national radio company. He was responsible for all accounting, treasury, insurance, audit, and other administrative functions, as well as relationships and reporting to financial institutions, bondholders, stockholders, and directors. He served on the company’s Board of Directors from 1979 through 1995 when the company was sold, and was Chairman of the Audit Committee from 1990 through 1995.

Since 1992, Woody has provided strategic advisory and CEO and Senior Management Team mentoring services, and he has raised equity and debt capital with his company Allen Management Services. He recently retired as Chairman of the Board of Precision Tune Auto Care, a publicly traded company that is the world’s largest franchiser of auto care centers with operations in 15 countries. He remains active on the Board as Chairman of the Audit and Nominating Committees. Woody has served on numerous other Boards and advisory bodies over the last 15 years in fields as diverse as semiconductor equipment manufacturing and foreign travel services.

A teacher and a master certified somatic coach with Strozzi Institute, a California-based leadership education group, Woody has taught Leadership in Action and several other of the Institute’s public courses. He was recently published, along with a group of master somatic coaches, in the anthology Being Human at Work.
