Victor is the Chairman of two VC backed Spanish startup companies:

-       Integromics S.L. (www.integromics.com), a bionformatics software company which has established strategic alliances with TIBCO/ Spotfire and with Life Technologies/ Applied Biosystems

-       ERA Biotech S.A. (www.erabiotech.com), a bioproduction company working on bioactive recombinant compounds to develop proprietary vaccines and peptides.

Victor is curently operationally active at  WorkMeter S.L. (www.workmeter.com), an employee productivity SaaS solution provider.

Victor is also involved in providing advice to startups such as Blueliv S.L. (www.blueliv.com), a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) BI solution provider, and through the Necotium (www.necotium.org ) network.

Upon joining CEO-CF in 2007, Victor was at the time the CEO responsible for establishing the core team and partner network to develop WISeKey ELA’s business in Spain and, subsequently, in Latin America.

Victor brings more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry with EMEA VP and GM roles at multinationals such as HP, Silicon Graphics, 3Com (now HP) and SSA Global (now Infor). He also has the experience of senior  leading roles at start-ups such as Aspective (now Vodafone), Safelayer and bytepass/ Esabe ID.

Victor has worked and lived in a number of European locations and in the Bay Area of the US.

Victor earned an MBA at ESADE and a PhD in physics at the University of Barcelona.
