In 1993, Urs began working with data management for a Swiss bank. In
1997, he began his role in consultant systems management for
SQL-Consult (which later became Trivadis AG).
In 1999, he became solution unit manager for Oracle systems management
in Zurich for Trivadis. In 2001, he was the main person responsible
for the Swiss Oracle systems management at Trivadis. Starting in 2004,
Urs became member of the Board, as well as solution portfolio manager
of Trivadis Group. In 2008, he attained the position of COO of the
Trivadis Group.

Urs received his diploma in computer science at the Swiss University
of Applied Sciences in 1993. In 2003, he received an executive MBA in
business engineering HSG.
