Timo started his career as an entrepreneur in a family-owned business
for cable TV networks in 1986. Afterwards, he held different
management positions at Securitas Group in both Finland and Germany.
In 1995, Timo became the area manager for Germany at Tecnomen. In
1997, he took a position as president at UPM Rafsec and worked in that
position until Confidex began.

Timo holds a BA in marketing and in engineering.
