Prior to becoming Moravia's CEO in 2010, Tomas Kratochvil served as the company's Managing Director, with overall responsibility for revenue producing units including operations, sales and marketing. Previously, he directed Moravia's operations for many years, and was instrumental in architecting the company's production capabilities, skills and infrastructure, turning them into Moravia's primary and distinctive competitive advantage. Tomas is based in the company's headquarters office in Brno, Czech Republic. He joined Moravia in 1996, graduated in electrical engineering from the Brno University of Technology.
While in Moravia, Tomas has had different roles and responsibilities. He joined Moravia in 1996 as Project Manager and Software Engineer, in years 1999 - 2002 his role was Operations Manager. In 2002 he became Director of Sales (Europe) and Global Account Manager and in 2004 his role changed to Managing Director (Operations, Sales, Marketing, PMO), which he presently performs.
