Before cofounding Arithmatica, Tony was a consulting economist for more than 10 years. He served as an analyst with London Economics and an energy economist with Environmental Resource Management. Tony also worked on legal and regulatory analyses for utilities as an economist with Lexecon and an econometric modeler on energy projects for Economic Consulting Associates. Most recently, he was Managing Director of ELSECo, the specialist game theory consultancy that designed the influential UK 3G license auction. Since 1997, he has lectured on economics and energy policy to post-graduates at Imperial
College, London, and at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL).
