Stephan began his international career at Halcrow Group Limited, in
the UK where he participated in privatization projects in Africa, Asia
and Latin America . He later moved back to London to work for Arthur
Andersen Business Consulting, to integrate the Energy and Utilities
team as a senior consultant.
Stephan subsequently became a consultant to the Portuguese government
for the privatization of a main state investing conglomerate, IPE, and
for the draft of the country's national energy policy. Having joined
Energias de Portugal in 2003 as Chief of Staff of the President, he
was subsequently appointed managing director of the Bilbao based
Naturgas Energia Servicios. Having specialized in Private Equity
investments while attending Harvard, Stephan bought out TemaHome in
2006.
As a civil engineer, Stephan graduated from the Instituto Superior
Técnico in Lisbon,Class.
He was awarded the Sainsbury Management Fellowship while attending the
Harvard Business School in Boston, where he graduated in 2002.
Currently, Stephan lives in Lisbon, Portugal, is the CEO of TemaHome
and non-executive president of Light Models, a modeling and celebrity
management agency. He is also present and past member of several
company´s advisory boards.
