Sean has spent over 20 years working in the semiconductor industry in
various technical, business, marketing and general management
positions. Before joining Movidius, Sean worked for Silansys
Technologies in Dublin, managing the company’s multimedia software
business. When the company was purchased by Frontier Silicon, Sean
became director of product marketing.

Prior to his time at Silansys, Sean spent five years at Silicon &
Software Systems as an integrated circuit design engineer. He followed
that with 10 years at Parthus Technologies as general manager of the
applications processing division. Sean was a member of Parthus’
management team through its successful IPO in 2000.

Sean received his degree in electronic engineering from Trinity
College Dublin (TCD) in 1989 and a master’s degree in electronic
engineering from TCD in 1990. In 2004, Sean received a master’s degree
in management practice from the Irish Management Institute and TCD.
