Sol Jeewa is the founder and managing director of Soloman Associates
Ltd, a UK based executive search & talent management firm that helps
some of Europe’s leading edge technology firms build dynamic
leadership teams.

Sol is passionate about helping growing companies achieve their
strategic business objectives through the acquisition of high caliber
leadership talent.  He takes a hands-on approach in helping clients
implement strategies and processes to reduce management churn and
associated costs and heartache which result from bad hires. Since
establishing Soloman Associates in 1999, Sol has worked extensively
with high growth pre-IPO and venture backed technology companies to
implement strategies, which have resulted in his clients’ attracting
and retaining the optimal talent for their needs.

Prior to establishing Soloman Associates, Sol was the account director
for a pan European focused executive search firm where he led
assignments for senior professionals across Europe for established
blue chip technology vendors.  Sol entered the recruitment industry in
1995 as a trainee consultant for an IT recruitment firm which provided
contract and permanent staff to the leading financial institutions in
the City of London and quickly progressed to a role of sales manager
within 2 years.

After graduating from Cass Business School London, he spent his early
career as a founder establishing a mobile communications business in
the UK which was successfully sold within 2 years of being
established.
