Currently the Iberian office Managing Director, Pedro has worked
extensively in Latin and North America and Europe. He has over 13
years of experience helping clients to architect and deploy industry
revolutions that challenge the status quo and create opportunities for
growth. Pedro has consulted in a variety of sectors such as chemicals,
infrastructure, publishing, automotive, consumer goods and health,
working both in the developing innovation systems and executing the
launch of rule-breaking ventures. Most of his projects engaged
multiple geographies and cultures.
Formerly, Pedro worked with Ernst &Young Consulting (Sao Paulo,
Brazil) where he was a senior manager in Strategic Advisory Services,
focusing on e-business strategy. Also with Ernst & Young LLP (Boston,
USA), Pedro has consulted to executives at all levels within the
largest Latin American manufacturing corporations in projects ranging
from operational effectiveness to supply chain management to
e-business strategy. Prior to that, Pedro held a consulting position
at Baan Business Systems Portugal, where he helped clients in the
manufacturing sector blend functional logistics practices with
information technology solutions to create streamlined operations.
Pedro holds a degree in industrial engineering from the Faculdade de
Ciencias e Tecnologia of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Portugal.
Currently based in Europe, Pedro has worked on projects in Europe,
Latin and North America, the Middle East and Asia, and speaks
Portuguese and Spanish.
