Pierre just joined Cameron Health in October 2010 after a spell of 20 years with Medtronic.

Pierre has been with Medtronic since 1991. His experience within Medtronic includes roles in Belgium, France, Switzerland and Ireland. Prior to Medtronic, Pierre worked in a start-up company in Paris. Before that, he was a country manager for Ireland.

Pierre graduated from business school in Paris and holds an MBA from the Monterey Institute of International Studies in Monterey, California.

Cameron Health has developed the world’s first and only completely subcutaneous implantable defibrillator and the company is building upon that platform to deliver systems that are designed to be smarter, more capable and less time consuming to implant, program and follow up. Our ultimate goal is to make cardiac rhythm management safer and more effective for patients, and virtually effortless for physicians and follow up staff.

Cameron Health is currently venture backed and was created almost 10 years ago. Already close to $200 million were invested in the company and it employs about 150 people WW of which about 12 direct employees are in Europe.
