Ole J. Dahlberg brings to the company extensive management experience from international biotech industry. He has a Master’s degree in genetics from the University of Oslo (1997), and started his professional career as a Research Scientist in Dynal. He was later one of the co-founder of Cytomics (GenoVision from 1998) where he worked as a Senior Scientist on contract research for Orchid Bioscience Inc. and Sarnoff Industries. In GenoVision, he was as a Senior Scientist from 1999-2000 and developed applications for the GenoM-robots. From 2000 Mr. Dahlberg moved on to sales & marketing. He was VP Sales & Marketing with responsibility for the Nordic Countries. When GenoVision was acquired in 2002, he got the position as Sales Development Manager in Qiagen. He was responsible for developing sales strategies and implementing new technology and products to the sales & marketing teams in Europe and Australia. In 2003 he was promoted to Associate Director R&D where he was leading the Norwegian R&D subsidiary for Qiagen until he started up Qvint Biotech in 2005.
