Norrie graduated from Napier University, Edinburgh, in 1990 with a bachelor’s degree in finance. He spent more than three years at Michael Page Finance plc in London recruiting financial professionals for the ”Big 6” accountancy firms and multinational companies. He next joined PSD Group plc where he was responsible for developing the company’s banking recruitment business. Working closely with global investment banks and brokers such as Merrill Lynch, NM Rothschild, Barings, Schroeders, and UBS, Norrie recruited for the director level in the fields of corporate finance, project finance, and structured finance. In 1996, Norrie relocated to Budapest as Country Manager for Nicholson International. He built the business into one of the top two executive search companies in Hungary. He was promoted to Regional Director in 1999 and given responsibility for managing Nicholson international’s business in central and Eastern Europe and Turkey. Norrie joined CVO Group as CEO in February 2001.
