Mihael first began working at Čistoča within the department of operations in a sales role from 1992 to 2002. Since 2002, he has been owner and executive director.
He has over six years of experience managing, marketing and developing strategies of companies. He has aided Čistoča in growing the number of employees to a significant degree, as well as receiving unexpected success in its field.
Mihael graduated from the faculty of economics at University of Ljubljana with a degree in economics.
