Louis is the Managing Director of Creditexpress Russia. And shareholder Board member of the Creditexpress Group.  He is also on the supervisory board of several other credit and finance institutions in Russia.

In 1993 Louis and his partner established a Greenfield collections company in Hungary.  From 1993 until 2005 the company grew to be the leading credit collections and debt purchasers in the ECE region.

We sold the company to a public collections group in 2005.

In parallel, we established the CE Group, as another Greenfield, which now covers the further east European states (10 countries).  This operation focuses on debt purchase and debt collection.

CREDITEXPRESS International was established in 1999.  Founded by the leading debt collectors and debt purchasers in Central and Eastern Europe, the group has focused on providing mass volume administrative collections primarily for Consumer related finance and credit.  Since our establishment we are proud to work with the largest and higher profile consumer product and finance groups in the region.  All of these companies have one primary goal – to outsource to a partner which is able to provide a flexible and ethical collections service.

As of today, we provide a uniform and efficient service in 10 countries within the region.  This allows our international clients to receive common service quality, and performance.
