Jean-Michel Deligny is the Founder and Managing Director of Go4Venture. He has over 20 years of investment banking and European technology industry experience. Following an initial career as a strategy consultant with Coopers and Lybrand, Jean-Michel, moved to investment banking in the early 1990s, first with Broadview International, the technology and media focused M&A advisory firm and then with UBS.
At Broadview, Jean-Michel worked on over 35 public and private transactions in the technology and IT services sectors. He then joined UBS as European Head of Technology Investment Banking, where he set-up the European operation of the bank’s Global Technology Group and was responsible for deal origination and execution across Europe, Israel and South Africa.
Jean-Michel has established himself as one of the most respected professionals and networkers in European Technology Finance, and is regularly invited to speak at key international events. He holds an MBA from Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (ESSEC) business school, Paris, France.
