He has been the owner and CEO of AGTIC, a small company focused on internet security, since 2007 and has been the CEO of firmaprofessional since October 2008.
Jordi has been an active player in several Catalan and Spanish agencies that provide service and management related to electronic identification and security, including: current member of Strategic Information Society Catalan Plan, general manager of CATCert (2002-2007), member of the Chambersign Board (2002-2004), member of the firmaprofesional Board (2001-2002), General Manager for Camerfirma (2000-2002) and he was responsible for the Technology Strategy Services Department of the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce (1993-2000).
Jordi received his degree in computer science from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, and received a master’s in information services business management from the Universitat de Barcelona.
