Guillaume was formerly CEO of picoChip, Prior to picoChip he was Senior VP and General Manager at Cadence Design Systems. Prior to joining Cadence, Guillaume served as Vice President for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at IBM Technology Group, which IBM Microelectronics and Storage were part of. He also worked for Conexant (Rockwell Semiconductor Systems), GEC-Plessey Semiconductors. Educated in France, his early career included positions at Philips Semiconductors, Signetics Corp. USA, and Matra Harris Semiconductors.  Education: MSc ISEP, France 1975;  MBA INSEAD 1980
