Gokce Bilyay, the founding partner of Verscom International and its subsidiaries, has been serving as the President and CEO since December 2002.

Prior to founding Verscom in 2003, Gokce started a software development company out of Turkey focusing on telecommunications customized software. Gokce started his career by joining the sales and marketing department of Procter and Gamble in Turkey.

He has over 12 years of experience in sales, marketing and managerial duties. Over the last five years, he has also assisted with several start-ups and aided developing companies with their marketing and strategic development needs.

Gokce graduated from Bosphorus University in Turkey with a degree in economics.
