Filipe started in Cachapuz, a family owned business, in 1992 at the bottom of the company. He then actively participated in all components of the business until he was able to work his way to his current position as General Director. He was a crucial element in the partnership that Cachapuz made with an Italian company (Bilanciai) in 1997.
Filipe’s school background is in law and he is in the process of getting an Executive MBA in IT Management.
