Francisco graduated with a degree in management and computer science
at the University of Minho. He was recognized by Microsoft as Exchange
Most Valuable Professional in 2003, 2004 and 2005. He was a system
administrator at Vodafone, where he implemented and managed one
exchange ISP/ASP with 1,000,000 mailboxes. He has also implemented and
managed the global exchange as well as the root active directory
domain of the Vodafone Group worldwide.

Francisco has taught at the Nova University and the Moderna University.
