Erik founded Polymita Technologies at the beginning of 2003 and
successfully led the business through its launch and establishment.
Under his direction, Polymita Technologies is one of the leaders in
Spain in Business Process Management (BPM), and a pioneer in combining
processes, content and portal collaboration into a single suite, which
saves customers time and money.

With 15 years of experience in the software sector, Erik is licensed
in computing and mathematics from the University of Havana and holds
an MSc in computer graphics from Middlesex University. He completed
his studies in business administration at the Instituto San Telmo and
has marketing and sales experience.

Previously, Erik was a senior executive at iSOCO, a software company
he co-founded in 1999. Originally set up to bridge the gap between
academic investigation and market applications, iSOCO quickly became a
major player in the Spanish market and was acquired by Banco
Santander.

Erik also serves on the Board for various companies including,
Maimai.com, Tertulia Digital and DAA Contenidos Digitales. He is also
a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO). Erik is passionate
about innovation and entrepreneurship.
