David Frodsham is a serial CEO and entrepreneur having founded, run,
bought and sold companies in France, Germany, US and UK. His most
recent venture-backed company, Argogroup, a provider of test equipment to mobile operators, was sold to Ascom in March 2008.

He is currently pursuing a portfolio career focused on helping CEOs with advice and coaching, especially in the area of corporate development. He runs the Finance Stream at CEO-CF and serves on the boards of Nativ and Wadaro.

An enthusiast of entrepreneurial finance, he has completed a book with Professor Heinrich Liechtenstein of IESE, called 'Getting Between the Balance Sheets, the 4 things every entrepreneur needs to know about finance'.

Prior to Argogroup, David was COO of Phoenix Technologies in
California, makers of the system-enabling BIOS software designed into
most PCs. This followed the sale of DIP, where David was founder-CEO,
to Phoenix Technologies in 1994. Before founding DIP, David was head
of International Sales and Marketing at Psion plc. He has also worked
for Alcatel in Germany and ICI (now Syngenta) in Sales and Marketing
positions.

He has a BSc from King’s College, London and an MBA from INSEAD in France.
