Conrad Tuytte has over 15 years of experience in the mobile telecom industry. He started his career at Belgacom, the historical fixed line operator in Belgium, and in 1993 he moved to the mobile department, Proximus, where he became responsible for the roll-out of the network. Between 1998 and 2000 the networks of Connect Austria DCS 1800 in Austria and KPNO Belgium were rolled out under his responsibilities. From 2000 to 2002 he was based in London at Cellstructures London, a site providing company where he first took on the role of European Technical Development Director and later became Chief Operating Officer. In 2002 he briefly returned to BASE (formerly KPNO Belgium) to assist in the network upgrade to the E-GSM standard. In 2003 he founded Meucci Solutions.

Conrad Tuytte has a master’s degree in Applied Sciences (Electronic Engineering) from the University of Ghent (Belgium) and master’s of science in Electrical Engineering at the University of Manchester (Institute of Science and Technology).
