Carlos started his activity in ICTs in 1985 as a programmer, joined Digidelta International S.A. in 1989, and was CEO and co-founder of Digidelta Leiria from 1992, along with two other CEOs from Digidelta International. In 1993, Carlos bought all shares of the company and restructured it as Digidelta Software in 2003.
Carlos was responsible for the development, installation, maintenance, and training of PISA until 2000, when he stopped programming and decided to dedicate more time to manage the company.
