A life-long entrepreneur, Mr. Kemi was a co-founder of Scala Business Solutions N.V, a global mid-market ERP company listed on the AEX. Scala was acquired by Epicor Software in 2004 to form a market leader with more than US$250 million in revenues. Mr. Kemi was also a founding shareholder in UCMS Pty, one of Australia’s leading independent business outsourcing firms with over 2700 staff, listed on the ASX and sold to Aegis Group in 2009.

He devised the original concept, and then founded UCMS Group EMEA Ltd in 2006. Since then, the Company has grown to over 350 people in 7 countries, successfully launched a series of innovative services and products, and now has well over 450 group customers.
 Mr. Kemi has been involved in a number of other successful start-ups over the years, often combining the demands of fast-moving companies with his passionate interest in emerging markets, including Russia, Central and Eastern Europe, and Asia.

Mr. Kemi was a co-founder in 1999 of the pan-European angel investment and entrepreneur network Fathom Capital, where he was a partner until 2005, and he has extensive investment and operations experience in technology and software application companies.
He was the founding investor and actively involved in building up Fathom Technology which merged with EPAM in 2004 to form the largest software outsourcer in the region.

He was an early investor in Uproar sold to Vivendi, www.logmein.com and www.quinyx.com. Mr. Kemi is an active investor involved in growing Quinyx and acts an adviser to its Board and CEO.
