Aleksander is currently board member and strategic advisor to the management team at eZ Systems, the enterprise open source web content management software company.
A company he started in 1999, and still is the largest shareholder. Besides eZ Systems he spends time on new projects, focused on the IT and Financial industries, and he holds a few board seats.
Prior to starting eZ, Aleksander worked as a Derivatives Trader at DnB, market making, trading and broking equity, interest rates and foreign exchange.
Aleksander has a Master Degree from Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration, as well as a two years post Master Study in Mathematical Finance from the same institution.
