A forum for entrepreneurs
The CEO-Collaborative Forum is where high-performing CEOs from high-growth companies convene to identify and explore practical solutions to critical problems about finance, raising capital, shareholder issues, the role of the board, and other challenging real-life issues. They then receive honest feedback from an experienced community of CEOs and experts. Membership is nearly 100 CEOs from over 20 different nationalities. The community is divided into intensely collaborative peer groups of about 16 members each.
Each group convenes three times a year for a two-and-a-half day meeting. CEOs with 65-100 years collective experience discuss issues critical to the growth and success of their companies and hear presentations by experts about topics they have identified as being of vital importance to their companies.
At these meetings, CEO-CF focuses on working through what we call Member Challenges (MCs) where at each meeting every CEO presents a pressing strategic problem to the peer group and receives strong, concrete recommendations in return. The MCs follow a strict format designed to elicit the strongest, most focussed advice.
Prospective member companies must meet certain financial criteria, and executives are often nominated by existing and former Forum members.
