What it is.

The CEO-Collaborative Forum is an exclusive consortium of high-performing CEO peer groups from high growth, high-tech companies across the European Union. Members share the common goal of scaling their companies to significant stakeholder valuation.

Each group, which comprises fewer than a dozen CEOs, convenes three times a year for a two-and-a-half day forum. CEOs with 65-100 years collective experience discuss issues critical to the growth and success of their companies and hear presentations by experts about topics they have identified as being of vital importance to their companies.

Two of the three forums include only the member CEOs of a single group. The third brings together all the groups for a pan-European CEO-Collaborative summit. Between meetings, member CEOs continue to work on individual goals with their colleagues in the group and with the CEO-CF team via the CEO-Collaborative Mid-Forum Connect™ and CEO-Collaborative E-Forum™.

How it Works.

The CEO-CF team performs due-diligence with every prospective member to evaluate the CEO's potential fit to one of the Collaborative Forum groups. CEO-CF next conducts a thorough analysis to ensure that the new member's company is not competitive with the companies of any of the other CEOs in that group, either in market or strategy.

CEO-CF principal Lisa Macdonald conducts a business diagnostic to identify the key issues facing both CEO and company. The resulting products include a company profile and a performance evaluator, both critical in introducing the CEO into his selected peer-group.

The CEO-CF staff carefully assimilates new members into their designated forums so that each participant is an integral part of the group from the very first meeting. They appoint a peer mentor from within the group and host a special orientation session dedicated to accelerating the new member's integration.

Ongoing members get ready for each forum by identifying issues-their member challenges-on which they would like feedback from their peers, the CEO-CF staff, and guest experts. They also prepare for discussions of the challenges facing the others in their group. The CEO-CF staff, in consultation with relevant experts, prepares to present topics tailored to the specific needs and challenges of the members.

What CEO-CF delivers.

The CEO-CF staff facilitates each forum and creates a productive, invigorating environment for all members. Discussions and consultations within each forum are candid, collaborative, confidential, and centered on member challenges. Every moment of this intensive period is dedicated to maximizing value for participants.

Following every forum, the CEO-CF staff distributes a synopsis that includes workshop content, summaries of any performance evaluators, overviews of all member challenges along with peer group input, and synopses of key discoveries and milestones for every member. This documentation, in conjunction with Mid-Forum Connect and E-Forum activities, provides a continuum of interaction for member CEOs, ensuring that the value of the forum is ongoing throughout the span of membership.
